DECONSTRUCTION DREAM

The past two weeks tasks of deconstruction mixed with dressing chairs lead my investigating, Hussein Chalayan is never one to shy away from the innovative front line and his 'Afterwards' project i feel fits in really well with our challenges.





This catwalk involved models bizarrely peeling back the chair covers, then dressing themselves in what becomes very wearable structures, alot like ours.. just much more impressive!!


Easy to see why Martin Margiela is famed for his deconstruction pieces......

it also easy to see why this is such big inspiration for this project!
